Russ Bonanno Jr. is an Associate Broker and the Managing Broker at Bon Anno Realty ERA Powered in Massapequa, the family-owned brokerage his grandmother, Lucille Bonanno, founded in 1984. His father, Russ Bonanno Sr., has been a Realtor in the family business since 1986.

Russ was born and raised in Seaford, graduated from Seaford High School and played Division 1 lacrosse at Stony Brook University. He went into real estate straight out of college, closed his first sale in 2014, and has since helped clients buy and sell more than 200 homes across Long Island.

As a listing specialist, Russ helps homeowners in Seaford, Massapequa and across Nassau and Suffolk sell for top dollar through honest pricing and active, aggressive marketing. He also guides buyers, from first-timers to seasoned investors, with clear communication and sharp negotiating.

As Managing Broker, he mentors and coaches agents and oversees transactions across the brokerage, while continuing to work directly with his own clients. He’s available by call, text or email, around his clients’ schedules.
